Illness Forces Sean Paul Tour Cancellation
Kingston, Jamaica: — With four shows to go on the second leg of his European Summer Tour 2019, illness has forced Sean Paul to cancel the remaining dates.
Having been diagnosed with the flu at the start of the tour, the artiste performed at Couleur Café Festival in Brussels and Glastonbury in Somerset including a number of others with high fever, culminating with a performance at Neversea Festival in Constanta, Romania on Friday. His doctor subsequently ordered the artiste to rest, effectively ending the tour.
Sean Paul expressed his deepest regrets regarding these cancellations and for the inconvenience it may have caused. The affected shows include dates in Hungary, Croatia, Germany and Italy.
Sean Paul took to Instagram page to post a heartfelt apologies to fans, event organizers, and others explaining he has had to seek immediate medical attention. “With a heavy heart, I have to tell you guys, “sorry”, I really wanted to finish the tour,” Sean said.
